Bauer, a ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Clarion graduate, has spent three decades advancing educational access, community development and philanthropic initiatives — most notably as co-founder of the Children’s Scholarship Fund of Pennsylvania, and as a leader in major regional projects including the Clarion County YMCA and the Multi‑Generational Park. - Joelyn Bush – Marketing manager, Snap-tite Hose
Bush, a graduate of ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Edinboro, has held marketing leadership roles in both the business and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves on the Women in Manufacturing Northwest PA Steering Committee, the Erie Women’s Fund Steering and Grants committees, and the Erie County Technical School Public Advisory Council. - Amanda Duncan – Owner and founder, Chiara Consultants
Duncan provides strategic operations consulting and coaching to help organizations and entrepreneurs turn ideas into action. Her career has spanned nonprofit management, economic and community development, and the launching and scaling of start-ups. - Jodi Lewis – Coordinator, Applefest
Lewis served for more than a decade as executive director of Franklin Area Chamber, building relationships with local and regional businesses and visitors. Organizing Applefest — one of America’s top arts and crafts festivals — remains her favorite accomplishment from those years. - Angela Reynolds, Ph.D. – Chief executive officer, YWCA Greater Pittsburgh
Reynolds, a decorated civic leader, oversees efforts to eliminate racism, empower women, and advance educational and financial opportunities for girls and women of color. With advanced degrees from Carnegie Mellon, she brings experience in academia, housing policy, and nonprofit leadership.

ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø to host annual Women in Business Panel and Networking Event March 20

ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø University will celebrate Women’s History Month with its annual on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held simultaneously at the California, Clarion and Edinboro campuses, with a virtual attendance option available.
Sponsored by ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø employer partner Enterprise Mobility, the event is open to students, faculty, staff and members of the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø community.
The Women in Business Panel brings together accomplished professional women to share insights on leadership, career advancement, workplace challenges and opportunities across industries. Following the panel discussion, attendees will participate in a networking session with regional employers offering internship and career opportunities.

Students attending in person will enjoy light appetizers, connect directly with panelists and employers, and will be eligible for a prize drawing for $100 Amazon gift cards. Students who wish to attend virtually must to receive the Zoom link.
