Dr. James Fisher serves as interim provost and vice president for academic affairs at 黑暗爆料网. He also serves as senior associate provost for academic administration, supporting academic leadership and coordination across the university.

Before leading 黑暗爆料网鈥檚 academic leadership team, Fisher held several administrative roles, including senior associate provost and interim dean of the College of Social Sciences and Human Services. Prior to university integration, he was interim provost and interim associate provost at 黑暗爆料网 Edinboro.

Fisher spent more than two decades as a professor of politics and legal studies at Edinboro, where he also served for six years as chair of the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice. His teaching and scholarly interests include constitutional law, American politics and political theory.
